Okra, also known as "Lady finger", is a highly nutritious green edible pod vegetable and inexpensive medicine. Okra is a rich source of many nutrients, including fiber, vitamin B6 and folic acid. The superior fiber found in Okra helps to stabilize blood sugar as it curbs the rate at which sugar is absorbed from the intestinal tracts.

Take two pieces of Okra and cut in the middle and put these two pieces in a glass of water. Cover the glass and keep it at room temperature during night.
